Disappointed
"This product looks nice but apparently it isn’t waterproof. It’s for outside garden so it should be weatherproof. Was placed in beck yard garden and when it rained water seeped into the solar compartment down thru the picture frame and now it does not light up at all and wrinkled the picture. I just received it recently and had only been in garden for a week or 2. Disappointed that it no longer lights up."
